DynaMo
Group DYNAMO aims to better understand and predict the spread and persistence of endemic pathogens in animal populations, and to assess targeted control strategies.

To promote reproducibility, reliability and clarity of our models, we propose a generic framework of multi-scale simulation facilitating the integration of expert knowledge and the capitalization of the work carried out. We combine data and models to promote realistic modeling and quantify uncertain processes.
